Troy Bilbrough is the Founder of Bacon Bros, Shaka Bros, Beers, and has also represented New Zealand in the United States for the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) after becoming a national champion back home. Bacon Bros was the first restaurant to take SpicyBoys onboard so what better way to start Straight from the Sauce than by cooking some steaks with him.
